PRIVACY POLICY

At Coffee Time French we ask for the following personal data from you: Your title, first and surname, your email and your telephone number. These details are collected when you book a course via our website. We keep these details in a secure filing system and we only use your data to contact you regarding our courses and events. Your data is not shared with any third party. We do not sell any of your data. If you no longer learn with us and wish to be removed from our contacts, you can request to have this data destroyed by contacting coffeetimefrench@gmail.com and asking that your details be deleted from our files. In the future we may use Google Analytics, if so we will update you via email.
Our teachers also have your email and name to send you course material and lesson reminders. They do not share your emails with any third party. If you have given your teacher your email you have given consent for them to contact you regarding Coffee Time French courses and events. If you have are no longer studying with us and wish for your teacher to delete your contact details, please email coffeetimefrench@gmail.com and let us know.
Payment Details
We do not have records of any of your payment details. When you book a course or event with Coffee Time French we cannot see your bank details. Payments are made using Stripe. Please check Stripe privacy policy if concerned.
Newsletter
If you receive a monthly newsletter from us it is because you have opted in to receive monthly news from us or by ticking a box on your booking form or completing a form on our website. You can opt out of these newsletters at anytime by scrolling to the end of the email and clicking ‘unsubscribe’

Refund Policy
When you sign up to a course with Coffee Time French you are agreeing to a non-refundable service. If you have signed up for annual courses and do not wish to continue please send an email to coffeetimefrench@gmail.com and we will review your request. This is will on a case-by-case basis.
Our events are non-refundable. Due to the fact we are a small business we rely on ticket sales to pay venues, suppliers and staff in advance.
