  • Can I move up levels?
Yes! If your teacher feels you are ready for a bigger challenge you can move up to the next level, we’ll do our best to find the right time slot for you.
  • How fast can I learn a language with you?
This is largely up to you! For some it's months, for others years. I have been teaching French for 12 years and I am still learning and taking exams to improve. Each person has their own idea of where they want to be. I can promise to get you to your goals, but you HAVE TO put in the work! I know that one hour a week is not enough to become fluent quickly, so I like to give you lots of lovely homework. We also encourage you to listen to podcasts, watch films and give you lots of resources and advice on how to learn during the week. We also run French themed events and retreats to expose you to the language and culture giving you lots of opportunities to chat to natives and put into practise what you have been learning. If you have a specific goal or limited time to learn, I recommend one-to-one or two-to-one lessons. https://www.coffeetimefrench.com/courses To find out more email Chloé coffeetimefrench@gmail.com
  • If I sign up for the next term will I have to repeat the course?
No! We are very careful when grouping people, and our courses run as such that you’ll only ever build on what you’ve learnt with us as we work in topics. New people may join your group, but we all move along together, you won’t have to start again or repeat previous course material because new people have joined.
